Delivery Areas

The following conditions apply: Delivery is available to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic.

Shipping Costs

We calculate the shipping costs based on the weight and size of the package. Shipping costs are the same for all the above-mentioned countries.

For orders over ÂŁ88, we offer free shipping.

For orders under ÂŁ88, the following rates apply:

  • Small Package: ÂŁ4.39 (formerly €4.99)
    Weight: up to 1 kg
    Maximum dimensions (L Ă— W Ă— H): 35.3 cm Ă— 25 cm Ă— 5 cm
  • Medium Package: ÂŁ6.15 (formerly €6.99)
    Weight: up to 10 kg
    No side of the shipment may exceed 120 cm.

Note: Some of our items already include shipping costs in the price. This is clearly indicated on the product page.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery will be made within 2-3 working days after order confirmation (or, for prepayment agreements, after the payment instruction is issued). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
