for the determination of the starch content of beer wort during the mashing process
-some drops of iodine tincture are drizzled into the cooled wort,
in case of discoloration to red - blue - violet the wort still contains starch,
If no discoloration occurs, the starch is completely saccharified.
Content : 30 ml
ethanol: 21-23%.
