The following conditions apply: Delivery is made to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic.

Versandkosten

For delivery we calculate shipping costs based on the weight and size of the package. Shipping costs are the same for all countries mentioned above.

Free shipping on orders over €99.

For orders under €99 the following rates apply:

  • Small parcel: €4.99
    • Weight: up to 1 kg
    • Maximum dimensions (L Ă— W Ă— H): 35.3 cm Ă— 25 cm Ă— 5 cm
  • Medium parcel: €6.99
    • Weight: up to 10 kg
    • No side of the shipment may exceed 120 cm.

Note: Some of our items already include shipping costs in the price. This is clearly indicated on the respective product page.

Lieferfristen

Unless a different period is specified in the item description, delivery of the goods takes place within 2-3 working days after order confirmation (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

Purchase on invoice for authorities and business customers: We offer authorities and commercial customers the option to purchase goods on invoice upon telephone (05151 87 798 12) or written request. The invoice amount must be paid within the agreed period when paying on invoice.

  • Purchase on invoice with Billie: Especially for our business customers. Order for your company and pay the invoice flexibly at a later date.
  • Payment via Trustly: Pay directly via your online banking. With Trustly you authorize the payment securely with your familiar bank details – without additional registration.
