- Step 2: Apply PVC cement to the pipe ends and the inside of the solvent socket.
- Step 3: Immediately insert the pipes into the solvent socket and hold them firmly for a few seconds until the cement has set.
- Step 4: Allow the connection to cure according to the cement manufacturer's instructions before putting the system into operation.
