How to Use (Step-by-Step)

- Step 2: Unroll and Cut the Fabric: Unroll the ground cover fabric over the prepared area. Cut the fabric to the desired size and shape using sharp scissors or a utility knife. Make sure to leave enough overlap at the edges to secure it properly. See Figure 2.
- Step 3: Secure the Fabric: Secure the landscape fabric to the ground using landscape staples or pins, spacing them approximately 12 inches apart along the edges and seams. For extra security in windy areas, use more staples. See Figure 3.
- Step 4: Plant Your Plants: If you are planting new plants, cut an X-shaped slit in the fabric where each plant will be located. Dig a hole large enough for the plant's root ball and plant as usual. See Figure 4.
- Step 5: Maintain the Fabric: Periodically inspect the fabric for any tears or damage and repair them promptly. Remove any debris that accumulates on the surface. See Figure 5.
