Installation Instructions
- Step 1: Cut pipes to length – Measure the required pipe length and cut the HT pipe with a fine-toothed saw. Make sure the cut is clean.
- Step 2: Deburr and chamfer pipe ends – Remove sharp edges and burrs to avoid damaging the seals. Chamfer the pipe end slightly to make it easier to plug them together.
- Step 3: Prepare plug-in connection – Clean the sleeve and the pipe end to ensure an optimal seal.
- Step 4: Plug pipes together – Plug the pipe end into the sleeve until it clicks into place. Then pull the pipe back about one centimeter to ensure it can expand.
- Step 5: Check alignment – Make sure the pipes are aligned correctly and the gradient is correct (min. 2 cm per meter).
