Care: Water regularly! Very nutritious soil. The compost heap is ideal. Plant spacing 1x1 m. Place 2 - 3 seeds per pot or planting site about 2 cm deep (dark germinator).
Usage: Did you know? The young yellow flowers are also edible. Harvested in the morning, dipped in omelet batter, and fried, zucchini flowers are a real delicacy.
Gardener's Tip: Regular harvesting promotes renewed fruit set and thus success. The optimal location for zucchini is the compost heap.
Sowing: Pre-cultivation on the windowsill from April; direct sowing outdoors from the end of May to early June (frost-free)
Germination: 6 - 10 days at 15 - 22°C soil temperature
