Info: Proven, early to mid-early variety with butter-soft leaves. Large, firm, yellow-green heads of very good quality, largely bolt-resistant. For spring cultivation in the open field.
Care: Easy to sow! Each grain is surrounded by a sheath that promotes emergence and is highly germinable. Therefore, it can be sown with a final distance of 25 cm, 0.5 cm deep in rows with 25 cm spacing. Cover with soil and keep moist. Keep evenly moist.
Use: As a fresh salad, served with herbs, yogurt, and various dressings with fish and meat dishes.
Gardener's Tip: Keep cool when started indoors, temperatures above 18°C can inhibit germination. Transplant after 3 - 5 weeks.

Germination: 7 - 12 days at 10 - 18°C
