Info: Large-leaved smooth parsley with very strong growth. The leaves resemble celery and are particularly spicy. Very suitable for freezing.
Care: Sowing made easy! Place the seed tape in a seed furrow about 1 cm deep, moisten, cover with soil and press down, and water vigorously again. No thinning required, as the optimal plant spacing is ensured. The seed tape decomposes into humus in the soil.
Usage: "Gigante d'Italia" gives every soup, as well as other dishes, the final touch. Add the freshly chopped parsley leaves at the end - do not cook.
Gardening tip: If not cut too short, it can be harvested multiple times.
Sowing: All year round on the windowsill; Outdoors from March - July
Germination: 14 - 20 days at 14°C soil temperature
Location: In a pot on a bright and warm windowsill; Outdoors: semi-shaded on nutrient-rich soil
