How to Use

1. Step 1: Preparation – Make sure the ends of the pipe are clean and dry. Use a PVC cleaner to remove grease and dirt (see Figure 1).
2. Step 2: Cutting – If necessary, cut the pipe to the desired length with a fine-toothed saw or pipe cutter. Ensure a clean, straight cut (see Figure 2).
3. Step 3: Gluing – Apply PVC glue to both the inside of the fitting and the outside of the pipe. Distribute the glue evenly (see Figure 3).
4. Step 4: Joining – Immediately insert the pipe into the fitting and rotate it slightly to optimally distribute the glue. Hold the connection for a few seconds until the glue has set (see Figure 4).
5. Step 5: Curing – Let the connection cure according to the glue manufacturer's instructions before you load the pipe (see Figure 5).
