Advantages of Stainless Steel Fittings:
All stainless steel fittings listed here are permanently corrosion-resistant and, unlike welded fittings or press fittings, can be loosened again. The threads allow for a seamless transition to other materials without the need for a transition fitting. The stainless steel fittings do not require seals, making use up to 200 °C possible without any issues.
Thread Type:
The threads of all pipe fittings are manufactured according to the common standards ISO 7-1/EN 10226-1 (internal and external threads) as well as ISO 228-1 (union nuts of the fittings). The external threads are conical/tapered. The internal threads are parallel/cylindrical. All threads are specified in inches as standard. The threads are sealed with a suitable thread sealing material such as PTFE thread sealing tape or thread sealing hemp.
