How to Use

1. Step 1: Prepare the Threads: Clean the male threads of both the double nipple and the connecting pipes with a wire brush to remove any debris or corrosion. – See Figure 1
2. Step 2: Apply Thread Sealant: Wrap Teflon tape clockwise around the male threads of both the double nipple and the connecting pipes. Alternatively, apply pipe thread sealant paste. – See Figure 2
3. Step 3: Connect the Fitting: Thread the double nipple into one of the connecting pipes, tightening it by hand until snug. – See Figure 3
4. Step 4: Tighten with a Wrench: Use an appropriately sized wrench to tighten the fitting an additional one to two turns until the connection is secure. Be careful not to overtighten, as this can damage the threads. – See Figure 4
5. Step 5: Connect the Second Pipe: Repeat steps 3 and 4 to connect the other pipe to the double nipple. – See Figure 5
6. Step 6: Test for Leaks: Turn on the water supply and check for any leaks around the connections. If leaks are present, tighten the fittings slightly until the leaks stop. – See Figure 6
