Info: Mid-early, white radish with an icicle-shaped tuber, which grows to be 8 - 12 cm long. This proven, delicate variety is suitable for year-round outdoor cultivation. Mildly spicy taste and best quality. As an appetizer with beer, as a salad, or sandwich topping.
Care: Sow 0.5 - 1 cm deep in rows with 15 cm spacing. Press the seed, cover with soil, and keep moist. Thin out to 3 - 4 cm if necessary. Prefers sunny locations and all humus-rich garden soils. Keep evenly moist.
Tip: Cover early sowings with foil. Dryness, too deep sowing, and heavy soil impair tuber quality. Dryness, heat, and low spacing lead to bolting.
