How to Use
Installation and maintenance are straightforward to ensure longevity and functionality:
- Preparation: Unroll the tarpaulin completely (as shown in Figure 1) to avoid creases. Ensure the surface is clean and free from sharp objects that could damage the cover tarp.
- Positioning: Place the gray tarpaulin over the area to be protected. Make sure all edges overlap sufficiently to ensure optimal protection. For larger areas, it is helpful to position the tarp with a second person.
- Attachment: Use the robust 13 mm metal eyelets to securely attach the tarp (see Figure 2). Use tension straps, ropes, or bungee cords that you thread through the eyelets and attach to a stable surface or frame. Ensure even tension to withstand gusts of wind.
- Care: Clean the easily washable tarpaulin with water and a mild soap solution if necessary (see Figure 3). Avoid aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the material. Allow the tarp to dry completely before folding it up.
- Storage: Carefully fold the tarp and store it in a dry, protected place to maximize its service life. This prevents the formation of mold and keeps the tarp ready for future projects.
