For a quick and secure pipe connection, you only need screw fittings, our composite pipe, a pipe cutter, and a calibrator.
For better understanding, we have provided a pictorial installation guide with the photos.
Installation instructions:
- Cut the pipe to length with a suitable tool
- After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator
- Position the union nut and clamping ring on the pipe as shown in the illustration. Then fully insert the nipple of the base body into the pipe. Push the clamping ring and union nut onto the fitting base body until they stop. The union nut can now be hand-tightened.
- The union nut must be tightened with a suitable tool until the appropriate resistance is reached.
Check the connection afterwards.
Please note that using other composite pipes than those sold by Boni-Shop is at your own risk.
A compliant connection exists in all press systems only with system-approved components (fittings and pipes that have been tested together).
This applies to all composite pipe systems regardless of the manufacturer.
