Application of the Screw Fitting T-Piece (Step-by-Step)

  1. Step 1: Cut the pipe to length with a suitable tool.
  2. Step 2: After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator.
  3. Step 3: Place the union nut and clamping ring on the pipe as shown.
  4. Step 4: Fully insert the nipple of the main body into the pipe.
  5. Step 5: Push the clamping ring and union nut onto the fitting body until they stop.
  6. Step 6: The union nut can now be tightened by hand.
  7. Step 7: The union nut must be tightened with a suitable tool until the corresponding resistance is reached.
  8. Step 8: Check the connection afterwards.
