Application – Step by Step

  1. Step 1: Cut pipe to length – Use a suitable tool for a clean cut.
  2. Step 2: Calibrate pipe end – After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator.
  3. Step 3: Position union nut – Position union nut and clamping ring on the pipe as shown.
  4. Step 4: Insert nipple – Fully insert the nipple of the main body into the pipe.
  5. Step 5: Tighten union nut – Push the clamping ring and union nut onto the fitting base body until they stop and tighten them by hand.
  6. Step 6: Check connection – Check the connection for leaks.
