For a quick and secure pipe connection, you only need screw fittings, our aluminum composite pipe, a pipe cutter, and a calibrator.
For better understanding, we have provided a pictorial installation guide with the photos.

Abbreviation AG = External thread
Abbreviation IG = Internal thread

Installation guide:

  • Cut the pipe to length with a suitable tool
  • After cutting to length, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator
  • Position the union nut and clamping ring on the pipe according to the illustration. Then fully insert the nipple of the base body into the pipe. Push the clamping ring and union nut onto the fitting base body until they stop. The union nut can now be hand-tightened. 
  • The union nut must be tightened with a suitable tool until the appropriate resistance is reached.
    Check the connection afterwards.
