For a quick and secure pipe connection, you only need screw fittings, our aluminum composite pipe, a pipe cutter, and a calibrator.
For better understanding, we have provided a pictorial installation guide with the photos.
Abbreviation AG = External thread
Abbreviation IG = Internal thread
Installation guide:
- Cut the pipe to length with a suitable tool
- After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator
- Position the union nut and clamping ring on the pipe as shown. Then fully insert the nipple of the base body into the pipe. Push the clamping ring and union nut onto the fitting base body until they stop. The union nut can now be hand-tightened.
- The union nut must be tightened with a suitable tool until the appropriate resistance is reached.
Check the connection afterwards.
Please note that the use of other composite pipes than those distributed by Boni-Shop is at your own risk.
A compliant connection exists for all press systems only with system-approved components (fittings and pipes that have been tested together)
