How to Use (Step-by-Step)

1. Step 1: Prepare the Pipe: Cut the composite pipe to the desired length using a pipe cutter. Ensure the cut is clean and square. (See Figure 1)
2. Step 2: Calibrate and Deburr: Use a calibrator to calibrate and deburr the end of the pipe. This ensures a proper fit and prevents damage to the O-rings. (See Figure 2)
3. Step 3: Position the Components: Slide the union nut and compression ring onto the pipe in the correct orientation as shown in the diagram. (See Figure 3)
4. Step 4: Insert the Fitting: Fully insert the fitting nipple into the pipe until it reaches the stop. (See Figure 4)
5. Step 5: Tighten the Nut: Slide the compression ring and union nut towards the fitting and tighten the nut by hand until snug. (See Figure 5)
