How to Use (Step-by-Step)

1. Step 1: Prepare the Surfaces: Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free of any grease, oil, or loose particles. Sanding the surfaces lightly can improve adhesion - See Figure 1.
2. Step 2: Mix the Epoxy: Combine equal parts of the resin and hardener (Part A and Part B) in a clean container. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until a homogenous mixture is achieved - See Figure 2.
3. Step 3: Apply the Adhesive: Apply a thin, even layer of the mixed epoxy adhesive to one or both surfaces to be bonded. Avoid using excessive amounts, as this can weaken the bond - See Figure 3.
4. Step 4: Join the Surfaces: Carefully align and join the surfaces, applying gentle pressure to ensure good contact. Use clamps or weights to hold the surfaces in place during the curing process, if necessary - See Figure 4.
5. Step 5: Cure the Epoxy: Allow the epoxy to cure for the recommended time, as specified on the product packaging. Avoid disturbing the bonded surfaces during this period - See Figure 5.
6. Step 6: Clean Up: Remove any excess uncured epoxy with a clean cloth and appropriate solvent. Once cured, the epoxy is difficult to remove - See Figure 6.
