How to Use (Step-by-Step)

1. Step 1: Prepare the Surfaces: Ensure the PVC pipes and fittings are clean, dry, and free from dirt or grease. Use a PVC cleaner and primer for best results (See Figure 1).
2. Step 2: Apply the Cement: Using the applicator brush, apply a thin, even coat of PVC cement to both the inside of the fitting and the outside of the pipe (See Figure 2).
3. Step 3: Assemble the Joint: Immediately insert the pipe into the fitting, giving it a slight twist to ensure even distribution of the cement (See Figure 3).
4. Step 4: Hold and Set: Hold the joint firmly for 15-30 seconds to allow the cement to set and create a strong bond (See Figure 4).
5. Step 5: Allow to Cure: Allow the joint to cure for at least 24 hours before testing or using the system to ensure maximum bond strength (See Figure 5).
