How to Use (Step-by-Step)

1. Step 1: Prepare the Surface: Clean the area to be repaired thoroughly. Remove any dirt, grease, or loose debris with sandpaper or a wire brush. - See Figure 1.
2. Step 2: Mix the Resin: In a clean container, mix the polyester resin with the hardener according to the manufacturer's instructions. Stir well until the mixture is uniform. - See Figure 2.
3. Step 3: Apply the Resin: Using a brush or spatula, apply the resin mixture to the damaged area. If using fiberglass cloth, lay the cloth over the resin and apply another layer of resin on top. - See Figure 3.
4. Step 4: Allow to Cure: Let the resin cure completely according to the manufacturer's instructions. Curing time may vary depending on temperature and humidity. - See Figure 4.
5. Step 5: Sand and Finish: Once the resin is cured, sand the repaired area smooth with fine-grit sandpaper. You can then paint or finish the repaired area as desired. - See Figure 5.
