How to Use (Step-by-Step)

1. Step 1: Prepare the Surface: Ensure the existing floor is clean, dry, and free of any loose debris, grease, or oil. Use a vacuum and a damp mop to thoroughly clean the surface. See Figure 1.
2. Step 2: Prime the Surface: Apply a suitable primer to the floor to improve adhesion of the self leveling compound. Follow the primer manufacturer's instructions for application and drying time. See Figure 2.
3. Step 3: Mix the Compound: In a large bucket, mix the self leveling compound with the appropriate amount of water, as specified in the product instructions. Use a power drill with a mixing attachment to ensure a smooth, lump-free consistency. See Figure 3.
4. Step 4: Pour and Spread: Pour the mixed compound onto the floor, starting in the deepest areas. Use a gauge rake or trowel to spread the compound evenly and ensure it covers the entire surface. See Figure 4.
