Accordingly, it is a big challenge to present all options in an online store in a way that is equally understandable for everyone and meets all questions. Therefore, we want you not to have to worry about your order, whether you have really exhausted all possibilities fully and correctly and/or questions remain open. Because it is crucial:
After your order, no anonymous production and ordering process will be initiated. First, you will receive a confirmation from us, where all questions can still be clarified. Even changes resulting from this are not a problem.
Then we will forward your order to Muba. For extensive projects, Muba Bespoke creates computer sketches of your new children's room or furniture on request, which we will forward directly to you to visualize all details. Remaining questions can still be clarified, and changes can be made at any point. Only when the final confirmation is received from both you and us, production starts at Muba. Until this point, we still have all the possibilities for influence. We explain the procedure to you in detail, so you know that your order is in the best hands with us.
The bed will be ordered for you in Spain and delivered to us. We will then send it to you via a freight forwarder following an inspection. The bed will be delivered in separate pieces and assembled by you. Please note that the standard delivery only goes up to the curbside. If you wish to have the delivery made to your house/desired room and/or use an assembly service, please contact us. We will then make you a flat-rate offer. The freight forwarder will contact you in advance to coordinate a delivery date with you. We need your telephone number for this. We will take care of everything else.
