This 26cm Copper Pan is perfect for both professional and home kitchens. Made of copper and brass, this pan is an excellent conductor of heat, distributing heat evenly and quickly across its surface. This not only makes it energy-efficient but also helps in cooking food evenly.
Instructions for Use
This Copper Pan is painted on the outside and needs to have the paint removed before use. Please follow these instructions carefully:
- Fill a large container with water and add a tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate for each liter of water. Soak the pan in this solution.
- Cook the pan in the solution on the stove for 15 minutes. The lacquer layer will separate from the product.
- Wash the utensil with soap and water and dry the inside with a clean cloth. Use a special product for cleaning metals to preserve the outer shine of the pan.
- If there is still varnish in some areas after cleaning, remove it with a cloth soaked in acetone.
It is important to remove all paint before using the pan. Otherwise, the heat of the oven will cause the paint to darken.
