Up to 29 liters fit into the WECK preserving machine, and the temperature is easily adjusted using the control knob and reliably maintained. Best of all, the integrated drain tap allows you to cleanly and easily dispense the warming liquid in no time. The tap is also a great help when preserving. After the cooking process, simply drain the water needed for preserving into the sink. The preserving pan can then be easily cleaned and stored away.
