This frying pan is made of extra-heavy cast iron and features a robust riveted cold-metal handle including a counter-grip. The pan also features a new PFAS-free VITAFLON® QUARZIT non-stick coating with a high-quality, brilliant finish and excellent non-stick properties, which is extremely hard and scratch-resistant. Furthermore, the pan features an integrated honeycomb base for better oil and fat distribution, making it ideal for crispy fried foods.
