The induction-compatible frying pan from GSW features a handy, riveted stainless steel round handle. The pan is made of a high-quality aluminum alloy in robust, extra-heavy catering quality. It features an innovative and sustainable PFAS-free VITAFLON® QUARZIT non-stick coating with a high-quality, brilliant finish and an excellent non-stick effect, which is extremely hard and scratch-resistant.
The aluminum ensures optimal heat conductivity, which ensures low-fat and crispy frying. Furthermore, the pan features an energy-saving, extra-strong FerroTherm® base, which ensures optimized heat distribution on all stovetops, including induction. The frying pan is dishwasher-safe and can also be used in the oven at a maximum of 240°C.
