This oval roasting pan is made of high-quality 18/8 stainless steel and features a glass lid with a flavor knob – for drizzle with wine, for example, over the roasted food – and a stainless steel lid with a thermally insulated base, which can also be used separately. The extra-strong, energy-saving thermally insulated base and the classic stainless steel handles make cooking a pleasure.
