    • With the high-quality diamond knife sharpener "CC 150," you can restore your knives to their original sharpness in no time.

    The "CC 150" sharpens both conventional steel and Asian blades. The elastomer angle guide ensures that kitchen knives, santoku knives, bread knives, hunting knives, fillet knives, pocket knives, and household knives always achieve a perfect grind for long-lasting sharpness. This gives the knife blade the so-called "arched grind," known for its unparalleled sharpness and durability. This grind is also more stable and durable than a conventional "V" grind.

    Even knives with severely damaged blades can be rebuilt with the "CC 150." The diamond-coated grinding wheels and the 2-phase grinding ensure minimal material removal from the knife.

    Sharpening knives with the "CC 150" takes place in two phases:

  • For conventional, smooth steel knives, use level 2 (20° grinding angle) for pre-sharpening, and the polishing and honing wheel in level 3.
  • For Asian knives (15° grinding angle), use level 1 first, followed by level 3. Even serrated bread knives can be resharpened using the polishing and honing wheel on level 3.
