The energy-saving base is highly heat-conductive, allowing the heat to penetrate directly into the pot. The pots have a bulbous shape, a pouring rim, an internal glass lid with a flavor vent, and an oval, golden lid knob with a grip plate to prevent burnt fingers. This allows you to reduce the heat much sooner after boiling and make optimal use of the residual heat at the end of the cooking time.
