Thanks to its hydraulic disc brakes, wide tires, and, above all, its specially developed, powerful mid-engine, the C5 Centro demonstrates its strengths on difficult trails. Mud, puddles, gravel, roots, or sand are no longer a problem. The frame is more robust than that of conventional city bikes, helping you control the bike when riding over hill and dale. The same applies to the mid-engine: The motor position gives you a more familiar riding experience because the drive power is generated exactly where you're used to pedaling. The stable and off-road suspension fork can be adjusted to your preferred stiffness.

Back in civilization, the C5 SUV e-bike proves itself a city bike with style. A sturdy luggage rack for heavy saddlebags, LED front and rear lights, and mudguards prepare you for the asphalt. As a highlight, we at SachsenRAD install an alarm system – an ideal anti-theft device for any city! And on neglected bike paths, cobblestones, and tram tracks in the street, you'll truly appreciate the off-road capabilities of your SachsenRAD SUV.

To further protect you against theft, the C5 Centro is equipped with a rear alarm light. The included key allows you to arm or disarm the alarm system, even from many meters away. If your two-wheeler is moved without your knowledge, the alarm rear light flashes rhythmically and a siren sounds. This way, thieves can be absolutely sure that their surroundings will be noticed! The alarm rear light also has a built-in brake light: as soon as you slow down, it lights up even brighter.

The C5 is powered by our newly designed XCruise V7 mid-motor. It delivers an astonishing 70 Nm of torque, and thanks to its specially developed torque sensor, it registers the exact force you apply to the pedals – and adjusts the assistance accordingly. For example, if you're climbing a hill and using more muscle power, the motor provides more assistance. This makes climbing steep terrain easier, and you won't break a sweat as quickly. This technology also saves up to 30% battery capacity, and the pedal assistance is much more smooth and comfortable.

To keep you informed about all aspects of your current ride, the C5 Centro is equipped with a robust (IP65) 2-inch HD control display. The full-color screen is made of tempered glass with a beveled edge and features independent control buttons in an ergonomic design. The display impresses with its high brightness and wide viewing angle (IPS LCD). Special screen adaptation technology ensures excellent readability even in sunlight and outdoors.

Instead of having to make room in the garage or storage room for a mountain bike, a city bike, and an exercise bike, the C5 Centro SUV e-bike combines all their advantages into one well-designed bike. With a range in ECO mode of up to 130 km (depending on riding style, weight, and terrain), you can commute to work without breaking a sweat, even on longer and more difficult routes.
