The universal TECHNIVOLT 101 charging station offers maximum convenience when charging electric cars or plug-in hybrids at home thanks to a permanently installed charging cable. Compared to a power outlet, it significantly reduces charging times and thus ensures fast, safe, and efficient charging at home. The TECHNIVOLT 101 has several convenient features, such as access protection and the authorization of charging processes via RFID. A major advantage is the safety function, which interrupts charging in the event of a power outage. An interface for connecting an intelligent energy meter (MID) for dynamic power optimization within the house connection or a potential-free switching contact for external control of the charging process are integrated as standard.
