Handy and heats up quickly, it bakes a Belgian waffle with a diameter of 10 cm and a thickness of 1.3 cm in just 2 minutes. Conjure up delicious sweet or savory waffles quickly and easily. Thanks to the non-stick coating, nothing sticks. The compact device is approx. 18 x 12 x 7.5 cm high, weighs 670 g, and has a green indicator light.
Recipe for approx. 12 waffles:
Carefully melt 70 g of butter and let it cool. Mix 150g of wheat flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, along with 35g of sugar, 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 medium egg, and the melted butter in a bowl. Stir until smooth (it will be very runny). If desired, the waffle batter can be refined with rum, lemon zest, etc. Let it rest for 30 minutes. If you're in a hurry, simply use it immediately. Heat up the waffle iron, add about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of batter (just enough to cover the bottom surface). Bake for a few seconds with the lid open, then close and bake for about 2 minutes. If you prefer more browned waffles, simply increase the baking time accordingly.
