A Wetelux solar pond aerator pushes air into the water of your garden pond. The rising air bubbles release oxygen into the water and move the water. The natural processes in the pond ecosystem remain active, and your fish are supplied with sufficient oxygen even in warm summer weather.
The solar pond aerator consists of an air pump, a solar module for power generation, an air hose, and a bubble stone. You insert the solar module into the ground with the ground spike so that it can collect sunlight for many hours to ensure a high amount of energy. The solar cells have a glass surface, which you should clean if they become dirty or algae-covered.
The module supplies the pump with power. With a rated power of 0.7 W, the pump blows 100 liters of air per minute through a hose through the air stone, causing the air to bubble into the water in small bubbles. You also need to regularly clean the stone of algae growth with a soft brush. This ensures that the air bubbles always bubble evenly out of the stone.
