The Kamado XL is made of heat-resistant ceramic with an inner, fireproof lining and sits on a stainless steel stand with lockable wheels. The grill has foldable side shelves and a bamboo handle.
The stainless steel fittings complement the high-quality workmanship. By precisely controlling the airflow via the upper and lower vents, high temperatures (approx. 260° - 370°C) can be achieved for searing steaks, burgers, etc., or low temperatures (approx. 110° - 135°C) for cooking large cuts of meat or for smoking.
In addition, the Kamado has excellent heat-retaining properties thanks to the fireproof lining. With the temperature display in the hood, you can achieve perfect results.
