Ferramol Snail Pellets Compact can be used against slugs on all vegetables, fruit, and ornamental plants. It contains the active ingredient iron III phosphate, which also occurs naturally. Compared to conventional Ferramol Snail Pellets, the compact version has twice the concentration of the active ingredient. This allows for a reduced application rate. In combination with the compact microbaits, this doubles the range and thus the effectiveness of the product. Ferramol Snail Pellets Compact is naturally non-toxic to pets and is gentle on hedgehogs, earthworms, bees, and other beneficial insects. It is approved for organic farming according to the EC Regulation on organic farming.

The classification is made in four categories:

B1 Dangerous to bees

B2 Dangerous to bees, except when applied after the end of the daily bee flight in the hive to be treated until 11 p.m.

B3 Due to the application of the product as specified in the approval, bees are not endangered

B4 Not dangerous to bees
