The VIVO V11 is particularly distinguished by its whisper-quiet, powerful 170-watt capacitor motor. The stainless steel blade with its smooth edge delivers wafer-thin slices, e.g., for ham, fruit, and vegetables.

For easy cleaning after use, the blade can be quickly removed using the quick-release system on the blade.

Thanks to the design with a non-slip base, trays can be placed directly beneath the cutting area. The smooth-running carriage with stainless steel support and child safety lock enables comfortable and safe operation.

The included MiniSlice attachment slices even small foods such as radishes, carrots, cherry tomatoes, or strawberries safely, quickly, and completely for even more aroma and full flavor.
