The plug-in heating cable, developed for gutters and pipes, meets the requirements of strength class M2 according to IEC60800:2009 to keep gutters and pipes reliably frost-free.
Thanks to its high heat output of 20 watts per meter, the heating cable keeps gutters, downpipes, and pipes frost-free even at very low temperatures.
The integrated temperature switch reliably switches the heating cable on at a temperature of +3 °C and off again at +12 °C.

Note:
Please note that each heating cable connection must be protected by a separate residual current device. The heating cable must be protected from sharp edges, e.g., at the transition from gutter to downpipe, by using edge protectors. The heating cable must not touch, overlap, or cross itself or another heating cable at any point. To permanently prevent contact, the use of suitable spacers is recommended. For safety reasons, pipes, metal gutters, protective pipes, and metal sheathing must be earthed before installation.
