Almost everything about this tea is handmade! The blooming tea offers the connoisseur an extraordinary experience: Inside the sphere is an artfully bound, exotic blossom. However, the sphere only reveals its secret when it is placed in a vessel of boiling hot water. It slowly begins to open and, at the end of the infusion, produces the embedded blossom, which rises from it in a variety of shapes and colors. Only a few so-called master binders are privileged to bind the dried leaves of white tea into a spherical shape, as the knowledge of this rare art is strictly guarded. This ensures that blooming tea remains a valuable rarity in China.

Preparation:

Step 1: Boil water and immediately pour it into a glass carafe. Please note: Unlike green tea preparation, boiling hot water is necessary to ensure optimal opening of the blooming tea balls.
