You are purchasing an activation code for the DJI Care Refresh package for the Mavic Pro, which must be redeemed on the DJI website (within 48 hours of initial use).
With the purchase price of €149, you acquire the option of receiving up to two replacement units ("new or like-new") for a defective device (e.g., due to a crash caused by your own fault) within the twelve-month validity period of the package for an additional service fee.
Service fees:
• €109 for the first replacement unit
• €169 for the second replacement unit
Damage caused by, for example, the following is covered:
• User errors
• Signal interference
• Collisions
• Accidents
• Crashes
Attention:
DJI Care Refresh can only be added and registered with a new purchase or at the latest within 48 hours of the first activation. Please note this.
Please note:
On the activation page, German must be selected as the language and the device should already be registered with DJI via the GO app, otherwise error messages may occur.
The target page is only displayed correctly via a desktop browser on a PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can activate the "desktop view" in Chrome or Safari on Android or iOS smartphones/tablets.
