Care Refresh (Mavic 2) activation code for 12 months

You are purchasing an activation code for the DJI Care Refresh package for the Mavic 2, which must be redeemed on the DJI website (within 48 hours of initial use).

With the purchase price of €129, you acquire the option of receiving up to two replacement units ("new or like-new") for a defective device (e.g., due to a crash caused by the user) within the twelve-month validity period of the package for an additional service fee.

Service fees:

• €119 for the first replacement unit

• €139 for the second replacement unit

Damage caused by, for example, the following is covered:

• User error

• Signal interference

• Collisions

• Accidents

• Crashes

Attention:

DJI Care Refresh can only be added and registered with a new purchase or within 48 hours of the initial activation at the latest. Please note this.

Please note:

On the activation landing page, German must be selected as the language, and the device must already be registered with DJI via the GO app; otherwise, error messages may occur.

The landing page is only displayed correctly via a desktop browser on a PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can activate the "desktop view" in Chrome or Safari on Android or iOS smartphones/tablets.

You are only purchasing the activation code to register your drone directly with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI.
