There is no helmet requirement.

2. Liability Insurance

The E-Quad 15 requires liability insurance. Upon purchase of this insurance, you will receive an insurance license plate (colloquially known as a moped license plate), which must be affixed to the vehicle (proof of existing insurance). An EU type approval (EEC) is included with the scooter. With this vehicle registration document, you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice.

3. Driver's License

No driver's license required. Minimum age 15.

4. Vehicle Class

The Rolektro E-Trike 25 is assigned to vehicle class L6e.
