The frying powder is a plant-based frying fat in powder form. Not only can it be heated to high temperatures and is easy to dose, it also reduces annoying fat splashes. This enables searing in the pan.

The frying powder is made from 100% plant-based raw materials. It contains no hydrogenated or trans fats. To ensure sustainable cultivation and responsible use, only RSPO-certified palm oil is used.
The Founders: Deniz Schöne & Johannes Schmidt
The two sports enthusiasts, Johannes Schmidt and Deniz Schöne, had long planned to bring something new to the food market. During their research and experiments, the two industrial engineers and amateur cooks finally stumbled upon the ingredient fat powder – and PAUDAR frying powder was born! This vegetable fat for sprinkling is considerably easier to measure and achieves perfect frying results. It spreads evenly, is flavorless, vegan—and, incidentally, its name comes from India: The Hindi word "Paudar" simply means powder. Together with star cook Christian Rach, the two founders eventually developed two additional flavors. Paudar chili, garlic, or salt/pepper add a great taste and eliminate the need for subsequent seasoning.
