This log splitter can be used as a tabletop device or as a freestanding model. The device stands firmly and securely on the included frame. Simply insert logs, and the machine turns them into kindling. It processes logs up to 52 cm long and 25 cm in diameter. The machine splits them with a splitting force of an impressive 50 kN (5 t). This is achieved through an electro-hydraulic splitting mechanism, powered by a 5.5 kW electric motor. This hydraulic system generates such force that it inevitably splits each log. You place the logs one after the other into the holder and then remove the logs. This allows you to process sawn-off sections of tree trunks or wooden beams one after the other. The electric log splitter splits them into manageable pieces that fit easily into the stove. The logs can also be used for campfires. Whether in the tabletop version or attached to the frame, the device has two casters on one side. These casters allow the machine to be moved. During transport, the weight rests largely on these casters, making the 61 kg machine easy to move.

The standard for firewood machines introduced in 2018 has further expanded safety precautions for log splitters and saws.
