Legal information

1. Helmet requirement

If the safety belt is fastened, a helmet is not mandatory. If the E-Trike 25 V.3 is ridden without a belt, a helmet is mandatory.

2. License Plate

The E-Trike 25 V.3 requires insurance and a license plate.

An EU type approval (EEC) is included with the trike. With this vehicle registration document, you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice.

3. Driver's License

A moped license is required for operation. Minimum age 15. Holders of driver's licenses classes A, B, and T do not require a license. Persons born before April 1, 1965, do not require a license or driver's license.
