Used in conjunction with our WESTFALIA superglue for bonding and filling cracks, breaks, joints, gaps, and holes, as well as for bridging, reinforcing, modeling, and fastening.

Replaces any filler without the need for time-consuming mixing and long curing times. Waterproof, temperature- and chemical-resistant. Can be machined, sanded, drilled, and painted after curing.

Application: Apply laser fluid and filler alternately, in layers (approx. 2 mm at a time). Do not mix! The adhesive reacts immediately with the filler.

Ensure the filler is thoroughly wetted with our WESTFALIA superglue.

Small bonding joints can be easily reinforced with this application (chemical weld).

Tip: Cover the holes and corners to be filled with adhesive tape to form a frame.

• 1. Before treating with acetone, thoroughly clean the surfaces to be treated and remove any adhesive residue. The bonding joints must fit precisely, be clean, and free of grease.
• 2. If you have to repair extremely broken joints, first place waxy paper (e.g., baking paper, PE, PP) under the joint. Then fill the broken joint with the granules. Make sure that the filler does not exceed 2 mm.
• 3. In the third step, soak the granules with the adhesive. This generates heat! Do not inhale vapors and gases. Ventilate the work area sufficiently before, during, and after use.
• 4. Curing time depends on the material. After approximately 15-60 minutes, you can drill, sand, or paint over the material. The adhesive is transparent and flexible, so it can be used for household items (shoe soles) or jewelry. You'll always have crystal-clear adhesive joints.
