The Mehrzer silicone strainer is not just a strainer, but serves three functions:
* The product can be used as a splash guard while cooking. You can place the product on your pan to protect it from splashing oil, for example. The heat-resistant silicone has small holes through which steam can escape. The silicone strainer has handles that make it easy to lift it from the pan.
