If the safety belt is fastened, a helmet is not required. If the E-Quad 25 is driven without a belt, a helmet is required.

2. Liability insurance

The E-Quad 25 requires liability insurance. Upon purchase of this insurance, you will receive an insurance license plate (colloquially known as a moped license plate), which must be affixed to the vehicle (proof of existing insurance). An EU type approval (EEC) is included with the scooter. With this vehicle registration document, you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice.

3. Driver's License

A class AM driver's license is required for operation; the minimum age is 16. Class AM is included in driver's license classes A, B, and T.

4. Vehicle Class

The Rolektro E-Quad 25 is assigned to vehicle class L6e.
